Event Photography Pricing

My event photography pricing is per hour. I am happy to cover whatever your needs, whether 2 hours, or all day. My standard fee is $55.00 per hour, and includes not only the session and "day of shoot", but also quality post-processing and editing, and delivery of your images via your choice of Dropbox, USB flash drive, or disc storage. 

Standard turnaround time may vary dependent on the number of photos provided, but image delivery is generally within 7-10 business days. "Rush" service is available at an additional cost, for standard standard processing only, but no less than a 48 hour turnaround. Again, this is dependent upon number of images.

A standard Event Photography Contract is required, along with a non-refundable deposit* of $125.00 to retain my services for the date you wish to schedule. 

Photography is my passion. I carefully craft my photos using industry leading techniques, equipment and software, to deliver images that I am confident will be well-worth your investment.

Non-Refundable Deposit: $125.00 ( *If an event is cancelled due to weather-related issues, fee will be applied to a rescheduled date for event. Please refer to Contract for details.)

Additional Fees:

Event/Shoot time beyond 10 hours: $80.00 per hour

"Rush" Delivery of Images , no less than 48 hours: $110.00

Gas/Mileage beyond 30 mile radius of Greenville, IL: .35¢ per mile each way
